Custom and personalized orders
What is a Custom or Personalized order?
When an item is ordered and created to the customers specifications. For example: a design from our shop is altered to add a name or other element per the customers request. Returns are not allowed on these items because they are made to the purchasers specifications.
Choosing a different color for your shirt is not considered customizing/personalizing.
Sizing details
Please refer to the photos provided on respective listing for specifics on sizing. If you have questions, please Message me. I am happy to assist you with your purchase.
Care instructions
Wash your T-shirt inside out in cold water for best results. Dry inside out on medium low heat. Do not iron decoration.
Order Cancellation Requests
Should you need to cancel your order, contact me as soon as possible. We are happy to accomodate a cancellation request IF the item has not already been created and/or shipped.
Cancellation requests on orders already accepted by the post office:
>If a your order has already been picked up by the USPS, any refund will be processed once the UNOPENED package has been returned to us. We will refund you the Purchase Price [LESS the original paid shipping amount].
CUSTOM / PERSONLAIZED Items are NOT Returnable or Refundable as they are made to your specifications.
Please send us an Etsy Message as soon as possible if you need to cancel. We process orders quickly.
What if I have an issue with my order after I receive it?
Should you have issue with your order, please contact me through ETSY MESSAGES and provide a detailed description of the issue. Attach photos of the mail package and item (when warranted for a damage claim) to assist in determining the course of action. The USPS requires photos to file for insurance claims on damaged in transit items.
Know that I am here to help and will do everything possible to right the situation. Send me an Etsy Message to let me know there is an issue with your order and I'll get right on it.
How do I send and Etsy Message?
From your Etsy Account:
At the top right of the page, click YOU.
A drop down menu will appear.
Click on Messages and your messages dashboard will appear.
Click the Compose button at the top right of your screen.
Enter FireflyAndJunebug (no spaces) in the recipient field and complete the remaining information/message. Attach photos, if needed, to assist in the inquiry.
I'll respond as soon as possible. Usually within a couple of hours.
